Sassy Cat Crochet

Hello! Despite the difficult week so far, I am still trying out new crochet techniques. Yesterday and today, I have been testing out mosaic crochet. I was trying to find an easier way to have multiple colors in a tapestry without using bobbins or dragging the yarn across the back of the project, and that’s when I came across the mosaic crochet. So far, it’s a lot easier for my brain to understand than normal tapestry crochet, other than each pattern having different special stitches. Although no pattern has universal stitches haha. Each tapestry only took me about 45mins to complete, which felt quicker than the others I’ve done. In my opinion, the stitch definition is much cleaner with mosaic crochet that normal tapestry crochet too. Either way, both tapestries turned out better than any others I’ve made so far!
