Garden Friends

Hello! This week I’ve made quite a few things, but I wanted to show off the garden friends first. The snail I used left over scrap chenille yarn, and the slug I used some sherpa yarn as well as left over blanket yarn. I also got to try out my new safety eyes on these guys. I personally think the big cartoon eyes are very cute, so I’m happy with that choice. Very excited to use more cartoon eyes in the future. Finally, each project took about an hour to make. They were quick and easy projects thankfully. I’m currently trying to refine the plushie making process, that way I can get a better idea of how much things will cost when I start selling. I’m finding that smaller plushies are definitely my favorite items, as well as some functional/decorative items. Those will probably be the focuses of the shop when I do open up eventually. However, currently that will not be happening soon, but I’ll keep everyone updated. Though in the meantime, weird patterns are my preferred, so I’ll be making some firsts to grow my collection of funky plushies. Hopefully that will then provide a good array of options I can then offer up. Well, that’s all I have for this post. Bye for now :).

Sass served with every stitch ;)
